On May 30, 2025, I had the distinct honor of joining the production team to capture Archer’s Midnight VTOL during its piloted high-speed takeoff and flight. Using a Cineflex Elite gimbal paired with a Red Helium camera and a Canon 50–1000mm zoom lens, I was tasked with recording the entire sequence in a single, uninterrupted take. To meet the project’s needs, I also kept a 9:16 framing in mind, as the footage was intended primarily for social media. The video shown on the left screen is the raw capture—completely unedited and without any post stabilization.
