For Airbnb’s Unique Fund campaign, I served as Director of Photography on a film shot in Nelson, New Zealand, capturing one of the platform’s most imaginative listings — a whimsical boot-shaped house tucked into rolling green hills. The brief called for a cinematic yet grounded tone, showcasing eccentric architecture through genuine human connection. I built the visual language around natural light, warm color palettes, and smooth, handheld movement to create a sense of wonder and belonging. The result is a film that feels intimate and transportive, showing how even the most unusual spaces can feel like home.
