I want to introduce myself and express interest in sparking a new creative collaboration. I’m a NYC based Director of Photography (ICG Local 600) that shoots union and non-union television comedy, documentary, narrative and commercial branded content. Being a multidisciplinary DP has taught me to work quickly and efficiently, I’m capable of handling any scale and scope of production. I have a filmmaker’s background which I draw from to help inform decisions when translating meaning and messaging in moving images to an audience.

For seven seasons I was the Director of Photography on Full Frontal with Samantha Bee (TBS) where we tackled unique challenges as a multi-cam show, traveling around the world. Leading the production team, often in tense situations, in a fast paced environment has enabled me to adapt to any situation on the fly. The show incorporated scripted narrative, interviews and vérité follow photography.

I have shot and produced thousands of hours of interviews, hundreds of live and to tape multicam programming, vérité style follow documentary, branded commercial content and scripted narrative for broadcast television shows like The Daily Show with Jon Stewart and Trevor Noah (Comedy Central), Game Theory with Bomani Jones (HBO), The Problem with Jon Stewart (AppleTV) and How To Die Alone (Hulu). I shot the feature comedic film Love… Reconsidered and directed the award winning feature documentary Bending Steel which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival and was later picked up by DirecTV.

Over the years I have developed a deep understanding of video/film production from conceptualization, pre-production, shooting and post/distribution. I’m a storyteller who understands how to take ideas and present them at a high level to an audience.

I own an Arri Alexa 35 camera package with Cooke lenses/support as well as foster close industry connections with professional crew, stages and equipment.
