Need to know what a place actually looks like before the crew drives there? I build verified location dossiers from dated street-level evidence and place records, so your scout time goes to the shortlist instead of the wrong address.

WHAT YOU GET

• Exact coordinates for the location and its immediate neighbours
• What is visible at street level, described frame by frame: facades, signage, glazing, access
• The capture date of every image, read from metadata, never guessed from a watermark
• Address and rating from place data
• Distances and bearings between related points, to the metre
• An honest flag list: anything I could not confirm in a frame stays flagged as unconfirmed

METHOD

This is desk verification, not a travel report. I work from dated street-level imagery and public place records. I do not claim to have stood on the pavement, and I do not report what I could not see.
