My name is Joe Idelson and I have a Bachelor’s Degree for Applied Science of Animation and Visual Effects from Expression College in Emeryville, California. While attending Expression College I was trained in the entire CG pipeline from pre-production all the way to a fully 3D rendered animation. Since graduating I have done a variety of freelance work including 3D Animation, 2D Animation, Rigging, Video Editing, and more. Recently, I completed an internship with kaboom productions in San Francisco. While interning at kaboom I had many tasks such as posting on the company’s social media, scouting locations for future shoots and helping pick music for commercials for major companies. I learned what it took to be a P.A. by doing things such as helping set up a room for a professional meeting, and making sure large orders of food for a lunch with clients was correct.
