"As a Production Coordinator on set, I learned the importance of being detail oriented, organized, meeting deadlines, getting creative when things didn’t fall to plan, and I work well under pressure. As a Producer, I have learned the importance of how much I need to trust in my crew to get the job done but to give them everything they need for them to execute the project. The producer role has allowed me to be intuitive, take initiative, make connections, network and create projects with independent producers and directors who want to share their story, but have no idea how to start. I’ve grown to appreciate those calls where people know my work and reputation and they think of me every time they need a producer. I would like to highlight that I have produced 17 Film projects in the past 5 years and have worked in various locations around California. I am confident that my experience working in the film industry qualifies me for consideration. Through my drive and perseverance, I acquired extensive knowledge and understanding of working collaboratively, effectively in producing culturally relevant stories. I want to have the opportunity to take away the stereotypes of how hard…" Read more about Diego Garcia…

"I am a producer who believes that great video content is the intersection of high-level creativity and tactical execution. With 20 years of experience in the industry, I have been a cornerstone of Blare Media since its inception in 2005, helping grow the company from a local endeavor into a multi-territory production powerhouse. My career has been defined by building: building talent pools in major hubs like Los Angeles, San Diego, and Phoenix; building digital foundations through SEO and web strategy for Blare Video and Blare Films; and, most importantly, building visual stories that work. Because I understand both the technical side of production and the digital landscape of how video is discovered, I offer my clients a unique dual perspective. I don’t just know how to make a video look professional; I know how to build the teams and the strategies that ensure it succeeds in a competitive market. Currently, I am focused on scaling our excellence across major US cities, developing world-class production teams that deliver the “Blare Standard” wherever our clients need us. When I’m not scaling production teams or on a set, you can find me exploring the West with my family and 4 kids." Read more about Ro Leon…

"When I first moved to Los Angeles in 2017, I spent the first year working in commercial production. From there, I went to work in corporate Hollywood – climbing the ladder from working at talent agency ICM Partners, then to working for a Producer and later working as the Film Coordinator at MGM Studios. But while working through the pandemic, I realized that I wanted to go back to my production roots and work in film and tv production, which I began in January of 2022. Since then, I have worked on multiple sets which I have loved, and am pursuing the Assistant Director track. In my time in between movies, I am a consultant to writers who are looking for advice on their scripts as well as produce shorter form content. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and have spent time both traveling living and working in Latin America, and hope to continue to do so in the future." Read more about Pauline Schreibmaier…
