"As a Production Coordinator on set, I learned the importance of being detail oriented, organized, meeting deadlines, getting creative when things didn’t fall to plan, and I work well under pressure. As a Producer, I have learned the importance of how much I need to trust in my crew to get the job done but to give them everything they need for them to execute the project. The producer role has allowed me to be intuitive, take initiative, make connections, network and create projects with independent producers and directors who want to share their story, but have no idea how to start. I’ve grown to appreciate those calls where people know my work and reputation and they think of me every time they need a producer.
