The owner is my father, and I've put him here to show an example of my willingness to learn and adapt to any job, and my capabilities as a skilled worker and quick learner. I worked under him for 3 years. Some as a driver in one of his trucks, then afterwards I ran dispatch for half of the company for a little while,managing drivers and directing them as needed as well as handling shippers and receivers and other companies employees to make sure that the job got done and got done on time and that the employees of our company were happy and felt heard and appreciated because they were very much so.
