I’m Lucas Nivison, a Salt Lake City-based location sound mixer and boom operator, and owner of Lucrative Audio LLC. I record production sound for narrative films, documentaries, branded content, reality-style productions, interviews, and corporate and educational media. Available throughout Utah and for travel.

I handle boom operation, wireless lavalier setup, live mixing, timecode sync, and organized delivery of isolated tracks. My experience includes productions with 12+ simultaneous wireless lavaliers and dual-recorder capture, as well as recorded media with a live-stream audio feed.

Selected work includes Cozy Earth’s Bedrotting Challenge S4 (Capture Films), Just Ingredients Land (Audio Otter/Capture Films), adoorn’s Front Door Edit in Chicago (Capture Films), medical training videos filmed at the World Bank in Washington, DC (Cardio Partners), We, Friends (Nondescript Offerings), and Forest for the Trees (Understory Pictures).

From controlled interviews to demanding outdoor shoots, I bring careful audio monitoring, clear communication with camera and production, and an organized workflow for post.

Sound kit: Zoom F8n Pro recorder/mixer, Deity THEOS and Sennheiser EW100 G3/G4 wireless lavalier systems, Sennheiser MKE 600 shotgun microphone with Rycote suspension and wind protection, Tentacle Sync E timecode, Sony MDR-7506 headphones, and a complete boom and audio bag setup.
