Hello! I’m Alex Tamez, and together with my wife, we are the driving force behind TYP&ART, a Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico-based corporate video production company.

Our Story

Fourteen years ago, we embarked on this exciting journey as a two-person team, sharing a common passion for cinematography and visual storytelling. Since then, we have traveled a fascinating path of growth and evolution in the world of corporate video production.

From Director of Photography to chief financial officer

My journey at TYP&ART has been a rollercoaster of learning and growth. I began as a Director of Photography, capturing visual stories with passion and creativity. Later, I took on the role of Producer, learning to bring our clients’ visions to life and coordinate talented teams to create high-quality content. Today, my focus is on the finance sector, where we tirelessly work to keep our operations efficient and our services accessible to our clients.

Our Philosophy

At TYP&ART, we believe in the concept of being a 100% in-house company. This means that we operate with minimal outsourcing of equipment and personnel, enabling us to provide our clients with the flexibility and speed they need to take their projects to the next level. We have a team of 20 passionate professionals, including producers, editors, sound engineers, and designers, working closely together to produce over 100 videos per month.
