Virtual Awards Banquet

Magic has produced Caliber’s Circle of Excellence annual incentive trip for many years, we knew Caliber needed a creative solution when their March trip to Maui was canceled. This would be Caliber’s first ever virtual Circle of Excellence, but the perfect opportunity to honor its top-performing employees in a new way. Working closely with their team, Magic was able to plan the event in just under 6 weeks.

The resulting livestream was hosted by improv hosts David Ahearn and David Wilk, and featured live music from Ray Sharp. The 2-night event included interactive games, leader check-ins, and shout-outs from celebrities such as ICE-T, Chuck Norris, and Chris Harrison.
