Watch the Watchers, now under the working title Under Surveillance, is an upcoming documentary that highlights the growing dangers of surveillance, AI, predictive policing, data privacy and protest safety in The San Francisco Bay Area. Under Surveillance interviews activists and data analysts about their personal experiences with breached security and how the Silicon Valley tech bubble has affected Bay Area security and policing as a whole. The film’s producing company San Jose Strong values citizen safety and grassroots justice in The Bay and beyond, and has recently partnered with The tech Workers Coalition to educate members of the community.
