Looking for someone on the ground in San Fransisco to help us find some production solutions for our visit to the annual TCT Conference, this year being hosted in the Moscone Centre on Tuesday 24th / Wed 25th / Thursday 26th 1) We’ll need to hire some additional kit (our cameraman is travelling with 2 x sony A7s – and two small light panels, but a small lighting stand could be helpful – also 2 x tripods rather than carrying out with us. 2) There may be an opportunity to shoot some interviews / discussions in a small TV studio – though from looking at Google maps, there doesn’t seem to be anywhere near the Moscone Centre that can be walked to by the guests. Wondering if there’s somewhere a short taxi ride away that we could look into? 3) We may need a sound recordist to join us on site, so good to get a recco / have an intro to find someone who could join us if we need. 4) Good to know someone on the ground to show us where to go (we’ll be based at an air bnb in the Mission District
