About

Massimo Hanozet is an Italian Director of Photography whose visual sensibility is deeply influenced by art, culture, and classical cinematic discipline.

He entered the film industry at a young age and spent the 1990s working between New York and Los Angeles, where he quickly built a strong reputation within the advertising world, rising through the camera department from focus puller to camera operator and ultimately Director of Photography.

Throughout his career, he has collaborated with internationally acclaimed directors including Martin Scorsese, Tarsem, and Giuseppe Tornatore, among others — experiences that shaped both his technical precision and his narrative instinct.

For more than 25 years, Massimo has brought a refined and cinematic approach to commercials, television series, music videos, and documentary films. His work is defined by sculpted light, elegant composition, and a strong sense of atmosphere — balancing visual sophistication with emotional clarity.

He has been entrusted with global campaigns for leading international brands such as Omega, Nike, Vogue, Campari, Adidas, Pantene, McDonald’s, Burger King, New Balance, Ferrari, Toyota, Armani, St. Regis, Budweiser, Molson, SK-II, Crédit Agricole, and many others.

Known for his calm confidence, efficiency on set, and collaborative spirit, Massimo combines creative intuition with disciplined execution — delivering images that elevate both brand identity and storytelling.

Based in Miami and working internationally.
