I’m a freelance 1st Assistant Camera with over a decade of experience working on a wide range of productions including feature films, commercials, television, and music videos. My background includes collaborating with award-winning directors and cinematographers on both union and non-union sets, and I’ve developed a strong reputation for being technically proficient, reliable under pressure, and highly adaptable to different production environments.
From narrative features like Wind River and Nine Days to commercial campaigns for Adidas, Sheertex, and Fox Sports, I’ve built a versatile portfolio and deep on-set experience with both A and B camera teams. I’m proficient with a wide array of digital cinema systems (ARRI, RED, Sony, Canon) and follow focus units (WCU-4, Hi-5, Preston, Heden), and I’ve supported specialty setups including underwater housings and stabilized gimbal rigs.
As I continue to expand my work in the camera department, my long-term focus is growing into a Director of Photography role. I’m actively developing my creative voice behind the camera through selective short-form projects and by working closely with DPs I respect, with the goal of stepping into full-time cinematography in the near future.
