I was commissioned as the editor and colorist for this project. This commercial for Coca-Cola was produced by V&J Films on spec and was produced and directed by Julianna Pit. This was a great project to work on with RED RAW footage that looked incredible. It was a challenge to meet the time requirements as outlined by the competition but the end result we were all quite pleased with!
This spec commercial was completely shot, edited, and fully produced by myself (Hunsaker Media) and was a fun little exercise to do. What was challenging about this piece in particular was the self-imposed rule of shooting the entire piece on one prime lens which made me more careful with my shooting and storyboarding. Editing and coloring this was also nice as it was uncompressed BRAW log footage.
This small social media short is a showcase on what I can edit on an extremely rapid time table. I was commissioned to edit this piece (with all assets available to me) within an hour for it to be ready to post onto social media such as TikTok and Youtube Shorts. This was a challenge to get the piece done in time since the client's other editor went MIA. Great, quick little edit.
Another wedding event highlight. Entire production (planning, shooting, and editing) completed by Hunsaker Media. This project was great in particular since the subjects are family but I also had full creative control to edit and construct a wedding highlight video in a non-linear manner.
As the editor and all-round post-production specialist on this project, I was commissioned to manage and organize all event footage, cut several renditions of the piece, mix music, color correct/grade, and polish the piece for the client (couple). Full edit/turn-around time took approximately 2-3 days with minimal revisions. Entire video production produced and shot by One Moment Media. Hunsaker Media was only involved in post-production.
As the colorist for this short film, I worked and collaborated closely with the director and DP about the looks and aesthetics for each scene of the film, all while streamlining a remote coloring process making it easier for all other post-production crew members.
As the colorist for this short film in 2019, I was charged with creating the aesthetics and look of the film and collaborate directly with the cinematographer in determining how to color each scene. Using DaVinci Resolve, I took this film from a completely flat log profile to a dark and moody profile that reflects the story's characters.
As the colorist for this project, I was commissioned to create not just the overall look but create 2 separate color palates that are quite different in nature. Working with high-quality and uncompressed video codecs to smooth out the color was a lot of fun! Commercial produced by Scoop Soldiers and Mossy Tree Productions.
I had the pleasure to be the editor for this online advertisement for Assisting Hands, commissioned by Visser Productions. As the editor for this project, I had organized, cut and pulled together the visual story by using the shooting script provided by the client. To see more portfolio pieces, visit hunsakermedia.com.
