I worked as the Director of Photography on this short film for my senior project at Sacramento State University. The film was shot over the course of 4 days and it film played at the Crest Theatre during the J-Street Film Festival.
As the colorist for this short film in 2019, I was charged with creating the aesthetics and look of the film and collaborate directly with the cinematographer in determining how to color each scene. Using DaVinci Resolve, I took this film from a completely flat log profile to a dark and moody profile that reflects the story's characters.
