Hi! It’s Luis Arquemond Sierra. I’m a creator looking to be part of a great team. I just moved to the DFW area from Northern Mexico. I have 20+ years of experience. I am a passionate individual who has great experience shooting live and public events, as well as social events. I understand that key moments and highlights are the main assets for storytelling. Spontaneity is also invaluable for getting memorable content. I own a Canon R8 full frame camera with fast prime lenses which capture beautiful images in lowlight. As a freelancer, I have worked in big productions and in studios managing lighting, sound, talent, directing, assisting and everything in between; also, post-producing film and photography, animating, rotoscoping, motion graphics and more.
I have rhythm, a feel for the right cut; I can summarize an interview by using critical thinking. I can script and/or proofread scripts. I have decision-making skills. I can edit interviews, documentaries, music videos, corporate videos, social, instructional and virtually any type of content. I have my own PC workstation and powerful laptop. I have full subscription to Adobe CC and Adobe Stock. I Animate using After Effects and can do motion graphics, rotoscoping, motion tracking, animated text, green/blue screen, character animation, etc. Furthermore, I am experimenting with generative AI with better results; so far, I have worked with Sora, Runway, Firefly, Higgsfield, Suno, clipchamp, Kai, Wan, Topaz, Veo, Speechify, and more.
I am an authorized Google photographer for the Google Street View and Google Maps platform. And in 2021 I worked as a Real Estate photographer for Meero on their OYO Hotels project. Unfortunately, I do not have evidence of that, because of confidentiality rules. I know the best way to shoot Real estate is to use the bracketing technique with natural and practical lighting, and that´s the way I like to approach these kinds of projects.
Although I am a legal resident coming from Mexico, I am fully bilingual and can read and write English and Spanish perfectly. I am looking for a job in my field of photography/videography so that I can grow and learn new things. I am looking to broaden my horizons and acquire new skills in the industry, and I am committed to contributing creative and technical value to the team I join. I am able to work under pressure and I am a reliable individual; I am respectful and proactive. One of my main strengths is my creativity and my ability to communicate assertively.
