Phoenix Director
About
South 19th Productions
I have been working with cameras since I was the photographer for my middle school yearbook. I attended Northern Arizona University in 2013 and studied Video Production and Journalism while also working as a camera operator and production assistant for NAU Television Services. After college I interned with several news production companies where I focused mainly on camera operating. I began to start freelancing under my personal brand South 19th Productions working with businesses and artists creating branded content, mini documentaries, music videos, and wedding films. In late 2018 I was hired by Black Box Films as the Director of Photography for their feature film “Elodie”, marking my first job as a cinematographer on a feature film.
I have worked in every aspect of video production but what I feel like I am most skilled at is in production as a director and a cinematographer. I love to find the best and most unique way to tell the story we are working on with camera movements and lighting. I have been told that the footage I bring back to clients is cinematic and stands out from the crowd.
