Tin Top is a narrative drama TV Pilot episode. Josiah Baldwin served as Director of Photography and Editor. Baldwin Video Production provided equipment and support. Josiah was behind the camera for all footage, included drone, excluding Steadicam shots. All aspects of post production were handled by Josiah Baldwin.
This is the trailer I cut for The Legend of Joan of Arc Feature film. I was the editor for this feature as well. This was the first time I cut a film where the cast was all Marionette Puppets. This was a very challenging and exciting story to craft. Finding the perfect takes and movements with puppets was a new challenge I never got with cutting real people.

Was thankful enough to work on this project as the assistant editor, which allowed me to earn an award for my editorial skills on this.This was all edited on premiere pro back in 2014, being one of my first big projects.
Narrative reel consisting of clips from shorts, feature films, and music videos from across the country. All of the films have had success on the film festival circuit and some have had streaming release. Crew sizes ranged from skeleton crew to 50+.
This is the teaser to a feature film I worked on. I covered for the B-Cam 1st AC on the last day of the project. My main role was to pull focus for B-Cam, and help the 2nd AC with lens swaps, card and battery swaps on B-Cam. This project was shot on two Arri Alexa Mini's using Cooke Panchro lenses. I pulled focus using the Tilta Nucleus M.
I worked as 2nd AC on this project. Donya, a former Afghan translator for the U.S. government, lives alone in Fremont, California. When she's promoted to writing the fortunes at her job at a fortune cookie factory in the city, Donya's loneliness and longing drive her to send a message out in a cookie, unsure where it may lead. Tenderly sculpted and lyrically shot in black-and-white, Babak Jalali's FREMONT is a wry, deadpan vision of the universal longing for home.
