Movie Trailer for the feature film Hot Rod Horror, where young people disappear in a haunted junk yard. The ghost drives around the yard in his hot rod terrorizing those who dare enter his yard. Other vehicles are heard running that shouldn't be. Who will make it out alive and will the ghost ever be satisfied?

While working for the Need to Impeach campaign, I helped create the Impeachment Vocab video series to help explain some of the complicated legal and constitutional concepts as efficiently as possible. This was just one video in a long-running series.

While working as Director of Video from Tom Steyer's 2020 presidential campaign I had the opportunity to build a team of more than twelve to follow and film Tom all over the country. We also conducted a number of live streaming events, including this one.
A 30 sec TV ad filmed for a local ballot measure "Yes on A". For this video, I was the director, director of photography, location scout, and supervising editor. Filmed on location in San Francisco, CA. The "Yes on A" campaign was a success and raised millions of dollars to support the local medical system.
In the 1970s the government of South Korea spurred a rural economic revolution which eventually lead to their success as a leading economic power in Asia. The program largely responsible for this turnaround was the "New Village Movement" (Saemaul Undong). The United Nations Economic and Social Commision for Asia Pacific experimented with this model in Cambodia, whose successes are documented in this film.
Onsite videography shoot for facial deformity mission in Xi'an, China. Operation Smile gave me 5 days to shoot and edit a 7 minute documentary. After the last day of the mission, Operation Smile sent me to Urumqi, China to present the film to race competitors who had just completed the Gobi March 2005 ultramarathon. The first three minutes are shown here on YouTube, which won an award for having earned a significant number of donations to the charity.
A short biopic on Benny Ong, who famously designed gowns for celebrities like Princess Diana. The film describes his second phase as a creative artist working to promote his designs and the hand loomed silk production industry in People's Democratic Republic of Laos. Immersive images take you through the organic start to finish process and a personal account of persevering the arc of a creative life. I wanted to express youthfulness and energy in a way that was clean and simple while showing the supporting column of the Vital Arts logo. To me, the column means everything in my logo... It is the "vital" part of VTL. This intro is the result of me keeping all these aspects in mind.
