Remote location scout. I do what a scout does without being there: I work from live street-level imagery, satellite and map data, and public records, then write a dated report with coordinates, what the street actually looks like now, access and parking notes, and light and noise notes. Useful before you send a crew or a car. I check capture dates, so you know whether the image in front of you is this year or 2016. Everything in a report is sourced and dated. Filed under New York for this directory; I am not physically based there. Reach me through the contact form.
