My name is Leo Kwiatkowski, I am currently working as a Best Boy Grip in Los Angeles with extensive on set experience ranging from Major motion pictures to national TV commercials. Through my experience I have learned and observed how successful and unsuccessful productions operate and I believe that I am ready for the next step in my film career. I recently worked on the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic Michael and previously served as a Camera Production Assistant on The Fablemans. Working closely with production, camera, and leadership teams has given me a strong understanding of set operations, communication flow, and the practical realities of bringing projects to life.

I’m now looking to transition into a more developmental and production-focused role where I can apply both my hands-on production background and my organizational strengths in a long-term capacity.
