Dan Hertzog graduated from USC in May 1991 with a BA in Cinema-Television Production. From there, he rapidly worked his way up from a production assistant in LA to an ad agency producer in New York City. Then, after more than ten years in the ad industry, Dan went on to receive his MFA in Cinematography from the American Film Institute in December 2004.

I started Millie On Air Productions in 2014. Driven, at the time, by a dearth of quality content with women at the helm, the company was formed to remedy this by producing boundary-pushing, socially-relevant entertainment with a powerful female voice.
We produced this video for the Riot Games League of Legends World Championship. This was all shot on location in Los Angeles, CA using local crew and vendors that we supplied. We also brought on the director and supported Riot Games in the creative direction of the piece.
